"I recently received a notice from State Farm that my homeowner's insurance was increasing due to catastropic events. I called the agent there and she answered the phone immediately and gave me an exact a quote of what it would mean. I felt the quote was reasonable. However, she said she would give me various scenarios to reduce my payment. I was very impressed with the service, with the fact that my call was answered immediately, and how efficient the service was. It was the best service I have had in years."

"I received a phone call from a State Farm agent today that left me beyond frustrated. I made it clear I wasn't interested, but she just kept pushing! Last year’s quote was already higher than expected, so why would I want to revisit that? It made no sense when she insisted my information was incorrect. How can you expect someone to consider an offer when you’re not even listening to their concerns? It's infuriating when companies can't respect your preferences and keep trying to sell you something you don't want! PS please stop calling me if I need your service.I will call you thank you."
