"Kevin and the team have been incredibly patient and helpful throughout my renters insurance process. There were a few hiccups with my new room number and transferring my shared account to my own policy, but Kevin was always respectful, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. He also made adding a new roommate and understanding my updated policy dates a smooth process.
