"I took a day to do some research before my previous insurance policy lapsed and reached out to a few different companies. There was no comparison when it came to customer service, ease of transition, and overall knowledge. Nai Hariri handled everything perfectly. From a few simple questions answered via text, to adjusting the numbers to best fit my needs, all the way through to a final phone call that tied everything together—including coordinating with my mortgage company—she made the entire process seamless.
